We provide the additional service of a training school for clients who wish to enhance the fundamental skills of their selected foreign domestic helpers, whether they are first-time or ex-abroad applicants. Our training school offers top-notch accommodation, realistic environments and equipment, and experienced management to prepare candidates with comprehensive skills and mental readiness prior to their deployment to Hong Kong. The training lasts a minimum of 2 weeks after their flight ticket confirmation. Our team includes an experienced chef who has worked in Southeast Asian countries to help candidates acquire essential skills and knowledge. In addition, our management team maintains a strong track record of guiding candidates’ development throughout the training period, ensuring they are confident to work in Hong Kong.
After Placement Service
We provide a free performance review consultation service during the first month of employment for foreign domestic helpers placed by our agency. This ensures that both parties are aligned with the employment contract and work expectations, helping to increase the likelihood that the helper will complete her contract with our clients. This service has proven to be crucial for both our clients and the agency-filtered foreign domestic helpers, contributing to our company’s success. In addition to the complimentary first-month performance review, we continue to assist our clients throughout the entire contract period.
